Convert the attached XSD (schema) or DTD into VB.net read/write routines with corresponding variables/structures.
Examples:
ReadMISMO(FileName)
ReadMISMO(Streamname) (overloaded)
WriteMISMO(FileName)
WriteMISMO(Streamname) (overloaded)
These routines should read the elements/attributes into structures that represent the schema. For example, after a read, another routine would be able to access the value of the 3rd asset as follows:
Name = Asset(3).HolderName
BorID = Asset(3).BorID
The write routines would use the same data structure to write the data back to the file or stream.
This should be written in VB.net such that it can be easily converted to C#. I believe there are some simple conversion tools in .net but I'm not an expert. This shouldn't be too hard for someone familiar with .net. You can use the DOM or reader/writer, whichever is easiest.
