Utility to generate todo.txt and mGSD files

I would like a utility, written in Java, that will copy "todo" items between a [login to view URL] file (as per <[login to view URL]>) and a mGSD html file (as per <[login to view URL]>) The utility is NOT a synchronization. Instead, the utility simply needs to generate one file given the other file. For example, generate a mGSD file given [login to view URL] and vice versa. The utility has to generate contexts, project names, todo text, etc. from each file form to the other.
