New Gallery Where Users Can Get Their Photos Easily

Please send me samples of what you can do my current site is [url removed, login to view] right now i am updating all pictures with watermarkings on each photo so i can now let the users get their pics. What i would like to do is have a gallery where users can click on the flyer of the event they attended as the site now has. Further, the gallery must be manual where the users click for example a arrow to go to the next picture. Now when the user comes across their picture they must have two options 1. A download link of some sort where they can click it and they are able to download the photo. 2. Email the picture to themselves and a friend if they so choose. since i will be having more parties you must be able to explain to me how i can update this and also please be aware the login section comes before you click on the pics section.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
