Mini-Site Word Press Theme Design / Install Needed Now(repost)

I want a new Word Press Theme designed that is hard hitting for SALES. The designer will need to install the theme where it works with my current plugins , shopping carts and widgets. I also want the Graphics for the sales pages and Products in my shopping cart. I am just looking for a facelift. The coder will be responsible for installation of theme, functionality and transfer of current content.
