167499 HttpError 406 Upload Script

Hi, I have a script that lets users upload mp3s to their server. The script works great on hundreds of other servers but for some reason it gives the httperror.406 when I use the script on this server. The server is linux/apache/php 5 It's not a php_upload_max issue because I've tried small files under the limit. I need help to fix this.
