Flash audio player

I need to have a flash audio player created that takes parameters that tell it what to do. Audio - the url of the mp3 to the streamed & played from the mp3 should be streamed the mp3 should not be fully loaded before playing can start should work with 44Khz stereo files and lesser quality and mono files should play the audio in very good quality, no crackling Autoplay - start playing audio on load automatically (on/off) Delay - pause for X seconds before starting playing the audio automatically Fade in/out - number of seconds to fade in, also number of seconds to fade out default = no fade in or out Colour can be set - face colour can be set to any html colour Display - time remaining / time passed / time not displayed would be nice if the digits are displayed in a digital font Buttons play/pause, rewind to start, stop, fastforward (in blocks of 10 seconds at a time) - square / round / hidden (nothing dislpayed but can still play the audio) - I need 5 different styles of square buttons - I need 5 different styles of round buttons if you can include an animation on the play button when the audio is playing that would be great. Progress indicator - display progress indicator (on/off) Volume control - display volume control (on/off) like you can see in Youtube videos HTML Redirect - perform a html redirect to a specific page at end of play (on/off) Reporting - make a HTML call (in the background) to my server every time when 1. playing starts 2. playing is paused 3. playing is stopped 4. playing comes to the end must include an id so I know which visitor is playing/pausing/stopping the audio. this id will be passed to the player as a parameter from my server If mp3 is not possible then you must show me a tool I can run from command line on linux that converts mp3 into the audio format the flash program needs. You need to tell me the format to return the parameters from the server to the flash player (eg: name/value, xml, etc) Rules: 1. I need all flash source code delivered and have full rights to the code. This means I will not have to worry about any copyright issues with the code. 2. You must deliver on time.
