Finish skin for PHP Cart

I am implementing a CubeCart e-commerce site and need a coder to finish creating the skin for it. *Most* of the HTML is written, and several pages of the template are finished, but some PHP, CSS and HTML will need to be written to finish the site.

## Deliverables

You will specifically be implementing the following:

* Skins for the entire checkout process: feel free to make test orders at [url removed, login to view] to see the whole process. To see what these pages should like, look at [url removed, login to view] You won't need to change the checkout process, so there will be some differences, but *visually the sites should be VERY SIMILAR.*

* Skin for the shopping cart page: again, view [url removed, login to view] to see what this should look like.

* Skin for the user registration process.

There is already a blank page that some of these can probably start with. View ([url removed, login to view]) to see this page. The content area is a template variable, so you probably only need to set that variable accordingly.

Any previous work with CubeCart or other e-commerce is a HUGE plus. Some kind of skinning experience is a MUST.
