eLearning using Moodle and Virtuemart

Looking for someone to help me setup a Moodle learning site with online tests that I will charge for. Scope 1. Questions Generation: Ability to create and manage a full test consisting of multiple choice questions. Ability to have images and videos in the question. Ability to for test provider to specify the pass/fail %. 2. eCommerce Enabled: Ability to assign a specific cost for a test. In addition, a mechanism where customers are required to pay to have access to the test. Instant Payment Notification. 3. Manage attempts and durations: Ability to designate the number of attempts to retake the same test, the price for each attempt and the duration between each attempt. 4. Pass/Fail and Score Notification Provide immediate on-screen results in addition to email notification upon completion of the test. Give a list of questions that a user got wrong. 5. Certificates of Completion Printable certificates that display the users name and date course completion. Either logon back to their test and print it or click on an email link to access it. 6. Virtuemart integration Link exams payments to be used with virtuemart installations. 7. Manager Groups Set up company managers so they will have the ability to register their own employees to the system. 8. Allow someone to take the test without payment An admin gives permission to a person or group of people to take the test. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Environment: Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP Browsers: IE 7+, FireFox 3+, Safari, Opera, and Chrome
