I need modifications on a clipshare [url removed, login to view] script. It's a php script to create video sharing websites. Details of modifications will be descripted after you carefully check the original script and understand his purposes. I need continuous help in it, for maintenance and for a graphics restyling of it. Don't answer with a simple biography or with a site or with a simple "yes we can do it!". Reply only after checking the original code and forum: [url removed, login to view] And be ready for a chat with details. Anyway main changes i need are: -mobile version creating also MOV files to be linked to an RSS -Create a new player able to play flv in sequence -upload videos via http form an url of a page that contains video like youtube and directly upload the flv to my site -create a simple flv adserver -fix a bug that does not consent to upload file name with sapces in name -charset encoding issue -add in admin area the IP address of uploaded video as well as a timestamp -create administrators for videos only -total bandwidth needs to work and show which user/videos are consuming resources. Price can be defined point by point. You have to create a testarea in server to work in it.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
