basic web layout

Hi I need someone to take a css template and create a master template for a website by just adding some editable areas in dreamweaver.? Then I need them to take a number of word files (6) and create content pages for these with correct menu options. No need at this stage to customise format etc just get the content in there and send back to me.? I am just too busy to get this going.
