Put all my content from posts into comments Wordpress

I have a wordpress site which I have about 3,000 posts- all are one sentence each. I would like to transport all my data from the posts into comments. So the content for each post will go into each comment. I will make new posts to contain these comments. My current categories titles I will make into the new posts and arrange the comments to new posts accordingly. I could do this manually by just copying each post and making a new comment for each but it will take me forever since I have 3,000 of them and am looking for a more efficient way to do this. I hope I was able to explain this in an understandable way. Please feel free to ask any questions at all.
