Customize Wordpress leaflet map marker plugin

We need the Wordpress plugin "leaflet map marker" to be customized and set up to function like the map found on this site: The following website has implemented exactly what we we want: [login to view URL] This needs to be set up to work in layers so that the user can see all the hotels and/or resorts on one map. Popup bubble should open for each individual hotel as that hotel is open. The bubble will have it's own unique information including: hotel name, rating and the nextgen imagebrowser, price. Nearly all of this information is already created as custom fields with shortcodes. Layers should function so that later we can combine them together to include restaurant and activity markers on the same map. Most of this functionality is already built into the plugin.
