Website Data Extraction Tool

This project is to create a software tool that I can run on my PC or via a web browser that can extract specific data fields from a website. The website is a front end to a database and the pages are built dynamically whenever a search perameter in entered. The tool would a search parameter and return list of result in a list on a single html page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). General Specification: The specification is for a tool that can extract data from a dynamically built website. The website is called [[login to view URL]][1]. User Interface: The user interface should run on either a browser or a PC (browser preferred but not critical). The input parameters will be similar to those found under the advanced search menu of the website. The input parameters will specifically be Title, Category, Author, Narrator, Price. Logic and Output: The current website search returns a list of titles but only displays 10 per page. For the search parameters I enter I required the output to be displayed in a single formatted page that I can then export as a formatted text fill. The fields I require as a minimum are the Title, The Author and the Price. Let me know if you need clarification on any points. ## Platform The tool can be built to run on either Windows XP or Windows Explorer of 3.0+ versions. As the coder you can use whatever tool you feel most comfortable with.
