Subdivisions

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Using our county Property Appraiser database, I want to get information for each subdivision phase. There are hyperlinks in the information I would like to keep active. Input to the program will be the name of a subdivision entered into a text box control. The program will then go to <[login to view URL]> and input the subdivision name into the “Real Estate Property Search?? “Subdivision Name?? control. The query will result in a list of all the phases (units, additions, sections, replat, etc.) for that particular subdivision. Some of the results will contain more than one page of information. Also, some of the subdivision lists have duplicated information.? The duplicate pages can be ignored. Going to each link will result in a list of all the parcels in that phase. Get the information for each parcel (again, there may be more than one page), put the information into Excel along with the Book/Page of the phase; one parcel per row. When a subdivision has more than one phase, alternate output font color for each phase between red and black.
