Phone Book ad for Limo Company

I need a 300dpi ad designed for my limo company. We don't have a logo, but as you can see from the attachments, its totally okay just using text. I've attached examples of our last ad and our current business card so you can see what we like. Try to picture the ad as if you're in a "club". It is the style we're looking for. The only difference between all these is the size, so you only need to design 1(one) ad.
