iPhone/iPad, Android and Windows Phone apps needed. Simple functionality – Easy Job!

We have designed an app that has very little functionality that we need built. The screen will be a cream color with a 3-D dark blue triangle floating. The triangle will have blue ‘bones’ that glow. Bones means the edges of the triangle. The glow color will be cyan. The triangle will slowly rotate clockwise as if it’s floating and glowing at the same time There will be a ‘TEST’ button on the lower left corner of the screen. When clicked or touched an audio message will play and a visual message will display. (We will provide the audio MP3 file and text upon choosing the coder.) Finally, there will be a ‘NEWS’ button on the lower right corner of the screen. When clicked or touched, a new screen will display with the news alerts, such as Google alerts or an RSS feed. We will provide the keywords for the alert upon choosing the coder. We will create our own developer accounts at each app store and the app will be posted there. We require all build files and final app files at the end of the project. We retain ownership of all rights related to this project and its contents. Project will be paid upon satisfactory completion. That’s it. Simple and Easy functionality. Can you provide an app in all these platforms? Can you do it in 1 month? Good luck bidding!
