iMacros - create a macro

I need someone who is familiar with writing macros in iMacros.
I need a macro that will catch a certain image or text on the screen.
For example, a page will have a timer counting down from 5 to 0. I want the macro to send a mouse click only when the number 3 is visible. Then I want it to go to the next step.

If there is a timer moving, such as the ones on this page:

I need the macro to wait until the counter displays the number 3, and then I need the macro to click on it. It will then need to move on to the next steps, but it can't move on until it actually clicks on the number 3.
The timer I'm using will only display numbers 0-4, so you don't need to worry about double digits (ie 13, 23, 33, etc.). There will only be one number 3 on the counter.
