Grab my EBAY fees using API

I wanted a webapp developed (preferably JAVA, but I'm open to PHP or whatever solution you are best coding with) that will retreive our **eBay Fees** (as a seller) through the **eBay API**. I am only interested at this moment on raw data retrieved from eBay's API (regarding fee breakdown). As you mentioned, This is great: Date? ? ? ? ? ? ? Title? ? ? ? ? ? ? ItemId? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? FeeType? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? FeeAmount? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? StatusOfItem ( Sold / Unsold) Basically I just want that data for a given date range, either output to the screen (html) as text, or spit out a .csv file. I will supply the date range (StartDate, EndDate). I already have an eBay Developer's account (you need to use your own for Sandbox purposes). **Small challenge:** I had another developer create this for us but he had no previous experience with eBay API. His solution worked for us when we retreived our eBay Fees for a ebayid that did not have a lot of transactions, but when we run his app on our large ebayid account (hundreds of transactions daily) we get an API error ("[login to view URL]: [login to view URL]: Read timed out ").? However, talking with other large sellers we know that it is possible to get our eBay Fees, perhaps that old developer of ours was not using an efficient API call or needed to add Retry to his calls. I dont know.
