Data/web scraping horse racing software

I am looking for someone to scrape data from the [login to view URL] website for me then use that data in the software to select winning horses . The software should be able to scrape all available data from the daily racecards then store this data on the local machine .We would then be able to scan the data looking for horses that meet the optional criteria selected by the user via a predefind selection criteria defined in the software of course as we are saving the data locally we would be able to back test the selection method on prevbious days data helping us to build a decent winning system.I will discuss all of the selection criteria with the winning bidder but for now just to give you an idea we will need to look for RPR rating ,jockey percentage,trainer percentage,speed rating,days ran and position in the betting odds .I would like to build a long term relationship with the coder as future enhancements will be required at an extra cost of course .Please only bid if you fully understand what I am requesting .Many thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
