Converting a PHP script to stanealone EXE

I have a PHP script which searches online for certain search criteria. It uses a combination of hardcoded search terms and user input terms (eg Italian restaurant London UK). The process takes about 30 minutes as it returns about 1000 results of name, address, telephone number and website, to a CSV. It is a pain for me to have to setup apache etc on every PC I want it to run on. I would therefore like to know if it is possible to package the script up into a normal EXE that I can run anywhere? I can provide you with the script to look at if you need. Please note I need this script as soon as possible, in the next few hours if you can! Bonus offered for speed! Thanks
