Concept: Personal Call Manager: A desktop application running on Microsoft Windows platform. Integrates with any PBX supporting Microsoft TAPI (Telephony Application Processor Interface) Does not allows third party call control. The PC running Personal Call Manager controls the office PBX extension. Provides a GUI interface for invoking features of the PBX that would other wise require dialing complex & lengthy codes on the phone, like multiparty conference, call forwarding, caller ID based call treatment, unlimited directory phone memory for storing names & numbers, LDAP support for automatic updating of corporate directory, call log of all calls dialed, calls received, missed calls, etc. Easy and simple to use e.g. Point & click, drag & drop, pull down menus, etc. to invoke functions. Call Manager Call Manager links your PC and telephone into a telephony-enabled desktop. You can use your TAPI applications and PC-based information in your call handling. The Call Manager integrates personal information management and telephony capabilities in an easy-to-use GUI interface. It lets you visually manage calls and use telephone features by simply pointing-and-clicking. You can view caller details before answering a call, search and locate people, access calling history and dial from other Windows applications. The Call Manager can make your entire organization more productive by improving their communication effectiveness by integrating telephony with business and personal data on PCs. I request you to read the attached document b4 you bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
