This project is to develop a native Blackberry application. The application will serve as a mobile companion to our existing health & fitness website and will mirror a significant amount of the website functionality. Here are some basic details of the project:
• We have an existing iPhone application which we would like to use as a model for the feature development of this Blackberry application.
• Blackberry application will need to interface with web services APIs to access and synchronize data to our servers. Technical support will be provided to interact with any server-side data.?
• Application speed and performance are of significant importance, so previous experience with integrated applications client/server is required?
• Final decision will be made based on a number of factors including:

> o Quality of previous Blackberry application work samples (Important)?

> o Timeline?

> o Ability to handle additional visual design work in addition to application development

In addition, we will be posting a similar Android development project as well. It would be desirable if the same company can manage both projects, but not a requirement.
