10023 Re-Work Sign-up process

We need a PHP/MySQL programmer to re-work/design our current sign-up process for customers on our site. We have a site where it is about 4 pages for the sign-up process. We want to reduce to 3 pages. We are using a php script called phpmydirectory. The sign-up process (code) is already in place and working so it shouldn't take to long to re-work/design it.
