Wordpress based website

Project overview The target of the website is to provide visitors easy and understandable search of apartments and houses. Website is separated for 2 main pages. First page is main search page which consists of 3 blocks as shown in draft template. First block is logo and website description. Second block is the main part with search engine and expandable region where search results are being shown. Third block is the block which shows list of promoted properties which were payed to be shown there. Second page is submission page for new properties and houses. There should be possibility to add images in submission as well as there will be several necessary options to choose which will determine main information about apartment (house will have different options) like amount of rooms, amount of bathrooms and other conditions. All submissions must be moderated before appearing in the database. There should be possibility to show advertising between search results. Main goal is to make light and very easy-to-use portal with easy and fast search engine. I think that this website should be based on wordpress , because there should be possibility to expand it in different ways, there will be added possibility to make search right on interactive map.
