Typo3 Expert needed

hello we are germany webdesign and webdevelop company. i am looking for a romanian programmer. Indians or other countrys please don´t post. Russia also welcome. we have many projects in pipeline but at the moment we are looking for romanian typo3 specialist which could built us one or two extensions and make corrections on existing site. we are looking for longtherm realitionship. If you are trustfull, and make your promised works good and in the promised time we will be very happy to see your references and work with you. Also joomla knowledge would be great. Maybe first job is on 5 - 20 hours but if its great we have more work to do.
