Simple PHP site for Error codes HVAC

Hello, I'm searching for someone that can made for me a new (better and nicer looking) website for this website -> [login to view URL] This is a site where i insert by brand and by airconditioning component (Indoorunit/Outdoorunit/Compressor) the error service codes. So when a enginer have a error on a HVAC unit he can easy search with this site what the solution is for the problem. On the administrator side i want a kind of easy way to insert the service code by brand and component with a overview and a solution to fix the error. (language independent) Remark, I am open to possibly make this in a Joomla plugin because I have the necessary experience in joomla to made self a template. And when it's a PHP site (not in Joomla) there must be space for a banner. Regards, Dieuwert
