Similar to Airbnb.com - full website needed

We need a great web 2.0 team that can rapidly build a site similar to airbnb.com. Must provide daily progress and communication through skype. We would need many of the of the look, feel and functionalities of the [login to view URL] site. All the major features seen there must be included: -Email system -Social integration -Mapping -Registration -Booking engine -Payment engine -Seller administration -Work with Amazon Web Services If you've already worked on a similar project, that would allow a head start on this, let us know. Obviously once built, you would be free to resell and redistribute this project so you have the opportunity to make many times what we would pay you for this project. This is a hot area right now and would be worth your time. We expect to see a portfolio from your teams Web 2.0 work.
