242497 mp3 script for Youtube

Hey I am looking to have a custom script, designed and coded, made for a site that I am working on. I want this scipt to be able to take any youtube *music* video link and convert it into mp3's that are compatible with any media/music player(ex. iTunes) on ones desktop. I am looking to emulate something like the site listentoyoutube[dot]com. I will get back to bidding programmers with more details. Thanks for your interest; I really appreciate it.
