I require an expert to turn a .PSD design into an tableless HTML/CSS Website.
What you have to be able to deliver:
- Tableless coding
- PHP Navigation
- CSS Dropdown menu
- Cross Browser Compatibility
- Background stretch (horizontally) to fit browser window
- Content area adjust to fit content
Looking at the mockup it should be quite straight forward. I can elaborate on requirements via PM.
