newly coded teen networking script

looking for a custom script coded in php for a teen networking site. Simular to [login to view URL] myspace etc. aside with their traditional tools and functions, i will be adding additional tools and features not offered by these simular sites. I have put together a detail list of requirements for your reveiw. The overall project is final price for COMPLETE WORKING script. I require all rights with no hidden code for tracking and no copywrite materials. once completed i will own all rights to this script with no resell rights to the programmer(s) or his agents or anyone else. It shall be branded soley for me.. I will work through gaf escrow to protect both parties. monies will be deposited into escrow for programmer.. I required mockups for colors, design, layoutout etc. I require constant communication via messenger. Failur to communicate as requested wil void our agreement to continue this script and forfeiture of funds in escrow for the project.. To get exactly what i want can only be obtained through constant communication and verification.. I know what i am looking for, thus will be picky on who i choose. I will also request a confidential agreement to not use or share my ideas as some ideas supercede anything available on the internet market today. As i interview the programmers, i will release my requirements, we will discuss terms, payment, confidential agreements etc: You may place your bid on script concepts of that of mindviz, myspace, hi5, etc. After discussing initial features of the script, you may increase your bid after agreement of cost, time frame and additional features for the script which will only be discussed after a confidential agreement is in place..I want only those who have mastered the php language and knows anything is possible when it comes to making ideas come to life.. good luck. i look forward to hearing from you..
