185912 New Website - Historical Tours

New Website from the scratch to A) make the graficdesign and B) programm it. General Idea has been drawed in PowerPoint and I expect now a bid for A) Graficdesign and B)the Programm Part and or both together. If offering B) only exepct *.PSD Files to programm with. Hosting is not part of the offer and is setup allready. Techniques can be such as PHP/MySQL, Typo3 or just basic HTML/DHTLM, Javascript. Very important is deadline of the project. It must go live January 11th 2008. If you cannot guarantee go live date please do not bid. General ====== The Website is basically about to promote historical tours within Germany. Most pages show just information such as tour info, picures etc. It contains of about 10 - 20 pages. One part of the Website must be adjustable over Webinterface. Page 1 shows general descriptons. The complete PowerPoint Document shows our rough ideas. More information can be asked for or taken out of the PP attached (most parts are in German). Graficdesign ========= Quote a Graficdesign which should lean on the proposed PowerPoint Document. The "Time Arrow" (Page 1) on the bottom of every page is a central and very important element. It shows the appropriate events in the timelane on which we offer something. It could either be something in flash or Web 2.0 or ani Gif or whatever you like as long as it fullfills our requirements. The Entry page shows a rock and slides apart (Page 2) once hoovering over the logo. The logo has been designed and is not part of the Graficdesign. Functionalities =========== 1 page we'd like to be able to let customers "book" their historic tours (Page 17) and to check whether a specific tour is available. By booking we mean something like the customer must see somehow if a tour has vacancies or not and these avaialbilities must be be adminstered over webinterface by us. The booking itself can be as easy as a E-Mail Form to a specific E-Mail Adress so that we can adjust the vacancies of the appropriate tours. 1 Page should contain a newsletter (page 9) , 1 page a download Area for prospects for instance, 1 page should contain a functionality to recommend the page to someone else over e-mail form (page 10) and if possible something like a guest-book. If time allows it a small shop (Page 18) to E-Mail Order small things would be appreciated. If quoting it please show what this costs to programm as "Modul".
