Need Web Layout like YellowPages.com & Sliding Menu Panel

I am developing an online business directory. It is running on a PHP classifieds script. I need a skilled designer/developer to change the layout so it looks similar to: yellowpages.com. Specifically, I need developer to: - change width of site layout to 1000px (same as Yellow Pages width) - design & develop a masthead area with updated search box (I will provide the site colors). Should look similar to Yellow Pages but unique. - create a collapsible "categories" menu similar to Yellow Pages menu. The category menu tab should appear centered below the masthead area. - add site navigation menu above search box area - edit CSS file so body and title text is larger - edit layout so there are 2 columns similar to Yellow pages interior pages - add logo to masthead area Please do not respond unless you have professional web design and development experience.
