Magento Designer Pro - 1.7.0.2 // Layout adjustments - responsive layout

I am looking for a web designer professional who is familiar with the Magento platform. I am currently running a fresh install of Magento 1.7.0.2, and using a fresh template. I have spoken to the developer of the template, and there will be a new update fixing several bugs within the next 2-3 weeks. If you are hired for this project, I will be requiring you to apply the fixes to modified template when released. What I need do for this project is to replicate a category block, need assistance right hand block, home page text content, and more of another site. This site will be given to you if I see you meet my criteria requirements. Several examples of what I need done to the current template: - Replace a static footer page image - Adjust the header menu bar to the middle - Arrange and adjust the top menu drop down subcategory arrangements - Move the top header (my account, my wishlist, etc.) to the far right. - Match the color of the ajax back-to-top button - Write the secret word ‘mag’ into the bid and message so I know you read this project - Change the shopping cart color image when there’s a product in the cart. - Replicate the header and footer from another site onto the template This current template is a responsive Magento template, so when adjustment is made to the template, the site still has to be fully responsive when completed.
