International Website, especially for China

The issue is to make an appealing website to Chinese business people. Two or three pages of the site have been built. The site suggests the content we will use. We will also translate the site (eventually). For now I would like a better design that understands the sensibilities of this site and what it is trying to accomplish. Please go to the site, review the content and let me know how your suggestions for a different design and logo. You may bid high or low, but it is important that you tell me what I get for the money.
