Design/ Develop Food Service Website

I'm starting a small food service business and need someone to design and develop it. I want this to be a fun, colorful but simple website design. I would need a home page with video slider, text, links to different pages, etc., I need general info about us, services, etc. Customers will need to register and login before they can place orders or schedule appointments. This site will be similar to the way Safeway(.)com does their online deliveries but not exact and not close to their inventory as I will only have between maybe 50 - 70 items starting out. The two biggest things I need are (1) customers able to order items online and afterwards at checkout they pay online using credit card or paypal (or they can select pay at delivery). When customers place an order they will be able to select a specific time for me to deliver then item, or select a range of time they want me to drop off the items (i.e they will have choices such as 9-12, 12-2, 2-4, etc), or they can simply have me drop off at their house at anytime with specific instructions where to leave it at. Other customers would need to be able to login and reserve a time (or range as mentioned before) for me to come to their house. I would need a online calendar where when customers reserve a time slot others can see what days and times are reserved so they can find other slots that are open to reserve. I am still ironing this part out so this is something we can talk more about. I also would like to be able for customers to print out coupons however I can do the coupons myself and would just need you to put a page for me to insert the code each week. I'm sure there might be something that pops up in mind but if it does and it's more work we can adjust your bid or adjust the amount we agreed upon if it comes to that to be fair. I am not picky this can be a Wordpress site, PHP, I am open as long as it does what I need. This project may not start for another 1 - 2 weeks so this is not an immediate project as I want to take the time to find the right person and iron out more details.
