Hello. Required: A "Call to Action" (similar to attached photo) that feeds directly through to Visual Form Builder plugin. The purpose is so that when somebody visits my travel site, they complete the form to request a brochure, then i have their email address to remarket too. I need the "call to action" to be created with my current branding on the website and i need it so i can easily change the description for different tours. It also needs to fit in with my current theme and site layout.
