Coupon/Daily deals website similiar to Groupon

I would like to create a daily deals site similar to the [login to view URL] where it promotes a daily deal to those who sign up. I would like to use the same simplistic website design they use where you enter a minimal amount of data to sign up. We currently have a name and basic logo. the following are the begining areas for the site. Additional details to follow. USER: * user enters "area" for deals, (IE Jacksonville FL, Orlando FL, Tallahassee, FL) * user enters email address * user recieves daily email with area's daily deal * direct link from email to view additional detials on the deal and purchase Website Design: * simplistic design and very user friendly with simple navigation * "Timer" for how long the deal is active * "Counter" for how many have viewed and purchased the deal (may hide this option during start-up) * Ability to purchase deal direclty from our website Website backend: * ease of management and updates * way for customers to pay for purchases * way to "send" purchaser confirmation of purchase and certifcate * must include means to number or similiar method to track certificates and ensure they can not be copied/duplicated * MUST be search engine optimized; We need to be able to draw traffic and user to our site
