Building social media site - ourplaces.fi

Hi! We need help in developing our to-be-launched social media website. We are looking for someone residing either in the Greater Boston Area or Helsinki, Finland, who has extensive experience from programming social media websites. The job includes creating multi-lingual platforms (we will translate) and largely customizing or creating close substitutes for Joomla extensions such as jomDirectory and JomSocial. The job may be done while employed by others, but we expect at least 5 hours of work per week. We hope to begin the cooperation the 1st of September and to finish it before October.
