See existing website [login to view URL] I want to add a menu selection to all main-level forms on this site for "Stay in Touch". The menu selection will open an overlay form with input boxes for email, name, company and phone. OnClick will use an existing php to send and email with the info. I have roughly designed the form and the php, although it is untested and needs a bit of work - like css styling. Attached is a screen shot for the new input form and the existing menu.
