Need bulk emails sent to Craigslist

Looking for someone to send 10,000+ emails a day to Craigslist reply email addresses. All emails must be able to get through the Craigslist email forwarding limits, and delivered to recipients. I will provide a daily .csv file that contains the email addresses as well as the message for that day. Please PMB how many craigslist emails you can send per day, and what method you will use to do it. BID WILL BE PER 10,000 EMAILS.
