VB program to play sounds when external buttons are hit

VB program is for experiment, and thus must begin with session data forms (participant, version of test, sounds, date, experimenter, etc). Must have options to select for slightly different test versions, some selecting sound stimuli from a drop down list, others by browsing database on computer harddrive. During tests, specific sounds will be activated by the pressing each of 3 'arcade' buttons, connected to the computer through an ADU relay input/output box. A delay time (adjustable on the session form) will be in place before any button will activate a sound again. A brief tone will indicate that the buttons are active again. Button presses should be recorded with the session data. Record of the delay to press any button would be useful, but I understand that VB is bad at accurate timing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
