Fix winsock hooking functions

I need someone to fix the attached application At the moment it makes the PC crash so only run it in the VB.NET so you can stop it I also need it to look like that not as in design related but as for the features [login to view URL] Program Download Link [login to view URL] The attached source code has two folder one for Global Hook and one for specified application.
