The application/script must be made in Visual Basic or PHP.
I will supply a list of domains and IPs in this format:

[login to view URL];[login to view URL]
[login to view URL];[login to view URL]
And your application/script should update the A-record for the domains.
This is a low budget project, if bids are too high I might as well do it myself.
