Fix Interspire Email Marketer cron job to send mass emails

Our Interspire Email Marketer software has issues when it did not trigger cron job to send email. I have checked all cron settings in Interspire Email Marketer, Cpanel cron jobs but not availed to rectify the issue. The message that I noticed in the email marketer in "Scheduled Email Queue" screen. "Your cron job has not been triggered for its last 3 expected runs. You should contact your host to make sure that it is still functional" We need to make sure it able to send email and get rid of the error message Furthermore I checked in the cron emails and found out there is error within the message within the body of email saying one of HTML semantic structure: " The application cannot proceed! An internal error occured. Please contact your administrator and describe the steps you took before you encounter this error [login to view URL] msg: Unable to connect to the database. Please make sure the database information specified in admin/includes/[login to view URL] are correct."
