VNC Application - Provide Support through Customer's Firewall

I am looking for a tool that will allow me to fix remote computers. I have been testing the following two products: SupportDesk by Network Streaming <[login to view URL]> DualDesk by [login to view URL] <[login to view URL]> The applications look VERY similar to each other and also to UltraVNC. So, I am curious if someone can create a tool like this for me (using UltraVNC I would assume), cheaper than I can buy them for.** ** These applications allow the customer to download a very small file which then quickly and easily initiates a remote connection from their computer (they really only click 2 buttons to get it working). I then accept the connection and can work on their computers. By having the customer connect to me, we are able to get around their firewall. The tools I listed above are between $499 and $799. I have some additional ideas to add to this if the price is feasable. Since I'm not trying to resell this, I really don't want to spend more than it would cost to buy it. Any suggestions / bids / ideas are welcome. Also, I know UltraVNC is free, but it doesn't allow for the customer to connect to me (which gets around the firewall). Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Customer's Computer: Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP My Computer: Windows XP Pro
