Translation to TURKISH Language

We have the english and arabic conversion and now require these to be translated into Turkish language. We need expert? human translation and no use of? automated tools. You will find there are repetitions? (words and phrases)? so a language expert or experienced translator? can perform this in a reasoble amout of time.
