Simple PHP Functions and MYSQL Queries

I'm looking for a coder skilled in **PHP** and **MySQL** to create some **simple** PHP functions for me which interact with a MySQL database. I have created clear _step by step_ details on each function, and saved this in a word document in the zip folder attached to this bid request. These functions are really **easy** for anyone skilled in PHP, although it may take you a couple of reads of the document to understand exactly what I'm trying to achieve. Each step is _clearly bulleted_ so you can easily check off what you've done. I will be avaliable through RAC and MSN Messenger if the coder has any problems - I welcome **2 way** communication with coders! After your bid is accepted you will get a few more documents relating to the database, which I couldn't give you in the zip for **security** reasons!
