Need Solution to HTML/CSS Problem with IE7

We have a web page with sub menus which display fine in Firefox and IE 6 but show up as blank in IE7. We need someone to fix the example page and then we will propagate it to the other pages in our system.
We have a simple folder with the page in HTML and the CSS file. The word document in the folder shows the correct and incorrect behaviour.
