Hotspot Management

I need a full hotspot system fully customized that will include: - A cashier/admin interface * Create accounts (room number as login and numeric password) that will be deleted automatically when the guest checks out (selection of the date via a calendar) as well as 2h logins * Check who is online, what is their upload/download rates, when did they started the session, the possibility to disconnect them... * See an historic of it (who was online, what was the traffic over the past month....) * Have reports of whose cashier gave access to which room with time and date. I should be able to "destroy" existing user account (if they make a early check out for example) - A customer interface: * Through a captive portal that will redirect them to a login page (I should be able to fully customize and change the pages of the captive portal in the future). * If the login is successful: that will redirect them to the page they originally requested, if it is not successful, redirect to an other page * Have a wall garden area so anyone can visit our website from our hotspot, even without login/pass * Have a simple "buy time" service for outsiders: they can buy a login and a password for a given period of time... can be done through Paypal * Customers must be disconnected after a period of inactivity but via ping method, not via a pop up. * Prevent two customers to connect with the same login * There must be filter to prevent from P2P and FTP download I would like not to buy extra hardware for this, I have 5 linksys WRT54GL routers (my idea was to set them up with Coova captive portal ([login to view URL]) but I am open to any other option) that must work wireless with WDS and I propose to host the authentication server (I guess you will need one) as well as the captive portal pages on my webserver that I also use for my company's website (full support of ASP, php, sql...) that would be the best solution, we would also consider a windows based solution. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must work with all OS and browsers, must use a ping method to time out the users and not pop up windows.
