prestashop Import from excell with choice of fields - repost

We need a module to add to our Prestashop web site. With this module we want import product for an external excel file. We need to be able to select the order of fields as they are into the excel file. Also we want fix a field, for example product code (through this field the tool will find the product) 1)If the product will be found into the database the tool will update the other fields as into the excel file. 2)If the product will be not found into database the tool will add a new product, and in this case will be required some fields as the field required into normal insertion. If there aren't all fields required it don't insert that product and then display the line not inserted from excel file. So this tool should updare the product catalogue, but also can insert new products. We attach a screenshot of export tool which provides field selection. It could give an idea. We are interested to estabilish a long partnership for future projects which we need.
